Dear Valued Customers, It is with a heavy heart that we announce Thuy’s Pho House and Roosters Café will be closing our doors due to the loss of our lease. We have not found a new home that fits our needs at the moment, but we are hopeful for the future. Our final day will be Tuesday, November 20th. From our family to yours, we want to thank you for your continuous support over the last 10 years. Thank you also to all our staff members past and present. A friendly reminder that we will be open in the up coming storm if the power does go out. Not all items on the menu may be available if we do loose power, but we will have hot soup and hot tea and brewed coffee. We will also be taking togo orders :) Please keep warm and safe in the upcoming weekend

We will have extended breakfast menu hours on Easter until 1pm and will close up at 4pm so that our staff can enjoy Easter with their families. Stop in for breakfast and enjoy a mimosa or bloody mary! Happy Easter from our family to yours!
